For all the Officers and members that RSVP’d for the Southern Division Club Officer Training this Saturday February 2, 2013, please note the information below.

Registration: 9:30 am Start 10:00 am – 2:00 pm

Location: 907 Upper Front St., Binghamton NY 13905 (should work in GPS devices)

Meet at Titchener Hall 102

Parking is available in Lot #18 behind the library or Lot # 14 along College Drive for all attendees.

Lot # 17, the one closest to Titchener Hall, is for staff only 24/7 and not available to attendees.

  • Strategies for Building a Stronger Club
  • Things you want to know about being an Area Governor
  • How Would You Design A District Conference?
  • Open Houses
  • And the seven officer roles.

Recommend that each club decides ahead of time what breakouts they will attend.( Ensure an officer attends each one) Take notes and share the information with club members.

To receive DCP credit for your club, Officers need to arrive on time, sign in, and sign out in the last session. (Suggest allowing time to sign in so the Training can start on time.)
