TI Pathways

According to ‘Pathways roll-out schedule’ updated recently on TI’s website, Regions 8 & 9 [which includes District 65] is scheduled to roll out tentatively on May 15, 2018. We anxiously await for TI’s formal announcement/confirmation of the roll-out date.

In the meantime, for planning purposes, let us assume that May 15, 2018 will be the roll-out date. Here are the major timeline items that needs to be accomplished in order to have a smooth and successful roll-out of Pathways in District 65.

14 to 18 weeks prior to rollout: [January 1, 2018 to February 1, 2018] DONE & ACCOMPLISHED.

PQD and CA will receive a Pathways Guide Selection Process Checklist and other resources to assist them with screening on Pathways Guide for every 10 clubs in the district.

Two to nine weeks prior to rollout: [March 7, 2018 to May 1, 2018]

Pathways Guides and/or Pathways Ambassadors will contact club leaders to schedule a club visit.

Two to six weeks prior to rollout: [April 1, 2018 to May 1, 2018]

A Pathways Guide and Pathways Ambassador will visit each club to train members on starting their Pathways journey. During these visits, the Pathways Guide and Pathways Ambassador will deliver the Pathways Learning experience presentation and rollout kit.

Six Weeks prior to rollout to 12 weeks after rollout: [April 1, 2018 to August 15, 2018]

Pathways Guides will share their virtual support session with club leaders and collect questions to address during the session.

Cooperation of all club leaderships and especially the VP Education [Base Camp Manager], the club President, the club Secretary and ALL members of the respective clubs are requested to be flexible in scheduling the team of Pathways Guides & Pathways Ambassadors to visit your respective clubs to present Pathways Learning experience presentation and deliver the Pathways roll-out kit.
