Take your skills to the next level! Time to stretch and soar further serving as a District Leader on the 2020-2021 District Executive Committee. Serving as a District Leader allows you the experience many opportunities to practice skills that will enhance your ability to work with a diverse group of clubs, officers and members.
District Leadership promises the perfect platform to sharpen your personal brand of influence and develop leadership skills. At the end of your 12-month commitment of service in your District Leadership role, you will receive credit toward your Pathways District Leader Award. Below is a list of the elected and appointed roles for the next term.

We are currently calling for ELECTED LEADER nominations. The other leader positions will be appointed by the newly elected District Director after April 26, 2020. The elected district leader positions are:
- District Director (at least one candidate)
- Program Quality Director (at least one candidate)
- Club Growth Director (at least two candidates)
- Division Directors (five positions available for Divisions A, B, C, D, E – at least one candidate per division)

Members must declare their intent to run and submit the required documents by January 31, 2020.
ELECTED POSITIONS are required to be interviewed by the District Leadership Committee. Interviews for nominated elected positions submitted by 1/31/20, will take place in February 2020.
NEW: The August 2019 Toastmasters International Board of Directors briefing announced modifications with regards to floor candidates, Article VII: Officers, b. Elected Officers
Floor candidates for District Director, Program Quality Director, Club Growth Director, and Division Director who have completed the evaluation process conducted by the DLC are eligible to run from the floor at the annual District Council meeting, according to Article VII, Section (e) of the District Administrative Bylaws.
NOTE: Per Toastmasters Guidelines, anyone who wishes to run from the Floor must have gone through the DLC Interview process. Those persons not nominated by the DLC but wish to run from the floor must notify the DLC Chair of their intent no later than one (1) week prior to the Annual Business meeting (4/25). Deadline for Floor Candidates: April 18, 2020.
There are also several APPOINTED POSITIONS to consider. All appointed roles will be determined by the District Director-Elect beginning May 2020. The 2020-2021 term will begin July 1, 2020 and end June 30, 2021. Please submit an email with a letter of interest to the DLC for any one of the positions below. This information will be handed over to the District Director-Elect following the April election.

The following roles are also appointed but do not qualify for District Leader credit
