SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS
The District works with each venue to accommodate variety and choice for its District events and special events. Please let us know about any dietary needs and we will do our best to work with the venue and accommodate.
The District does its best to select only facilities that satisfy required accessibility standards. However,
the facility, not Toastmasters District 65, is responsible for any accessibility issues.
When you attend a Toastmasters District 65 event, you will be a guest in an area where photography,
video and audio recording may occur. We may take photographs and/or make audio and/or video
recordings of guests involved in district activities and/or events. District 65 officers and staff may use
such photographs or video records to recall activities or participants. In addition, such photographs and audio/visual recordings may be used in District 65’s publications, advertising materials, and websites for marketing or educational purposes. In addition, local news organizations may hear of or be invited to our activities or events and District 65 may allow them to record our events for news reporting on special interest features.
By entering the District 65 event premises, you consent to: photography, audio recording, video
recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for live streaming,
promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on web sites, and/or any other purpose by District 65. You
release District 65 from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, and/or publication
of photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings.
By entering the District 65 event premises, you waive all rights and claims for payment or royalties in
connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, or other publication of these materials,
regardless of the purpose. For casual/incidental recordings (where you are not the target subject), you
also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by District 65 or
the person or entity designated to do so by District 65. For target recordings, such as contest
performances and session presenters, you will be given opportunity to review and reject any such
recordings before they are posted for public access.
By registering for this event, you agree that you have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of
liability, and release before entering the event.
