The club officer list must be submitted to Toastmasters International through Club Central by June 30 to receive credit for the Distinguished Club Program (DCP). While for most clubs with annual elections this is the primary deadline, semi-annual clubs must submit by June 30 and December 31 to maintain compliance.
Key details regarding the officer list submission:
- Deadline: June 30 (11:59 p.m. Mountain Time).
- Requirement: Submitting the list by this date is necessary to earn a partial goal for the DCP in the upcoming program year.
- Consequence of Missing Deadline: If the list is not submitted by June 30, it is more difficult to update, and the club may lose access to Club Central to conduct business.
- How to Submit: The current Club Secretary or President must log in to Club Central on the Toastmasters International website to submit the new officer list.

- Select the “Future” Tab: Ensure you are editing the Future term (usually starting July 1st) rather than the current one to avoid overwriting existing records.
- Assign Roles: Use the dropdown menus for each position (President, VPE, etc.) to select the elected, paid members.
- Save: Click the burgundy Save button at the bottom. You should see a confirmation message once the roster is updated.
Part 2: Club Officer Agreement & Release Statement must be signed and kept by the club (Item 498)
Success starts with the first step in the education year-timely submission of your officer list, which secures half a DCP point. {Submit your renewals on time and you secure the other half point.}
Strong clubs act early, lead with intention, and finish strong-make this one count toward your club’s growth and recognition.
